The General Staff has released a battle map showing 158 clashes in one day, with the Pokrovsk direction being the hottest area.

As reported by Ukrinform, this information is included in the message from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook regarding the situation as of 8:00 AM on Thursday, January 30.

Yesterday, Russian forces carried out 43 airstrikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas, utilizing 96 guided aerial bombs.

Additionally, the enemy conducted over five thousand three hundred shelling incidents, including 90 from multiple launch rocket systems, and employed 2,120 kamikaze drones for attacks.

The Russian army targeted airstrikes particularly in the areas of Basyivka, Veselevka, Novomykolaivka, Mala Khorchakivka, Vysokaya Yaruha, Kostyantynivka, Bilytske, Odradne, Novopavlivka, and Zaporizhzhia.

During the past day, the aviation, missile troops, and artillery of the Defense Forces struck ten locations where personnel and equipment were concentrated, one air defense asset, and two other significant targets of the Russian invaders.

In the Kharkiv direction, according to updated information, the enemy did not conduct any offensive actions.

In the Kupyansk direction, there were ten Russian attacks yesterday. The Defense Forces repelled the enemy's assault near Petropavlivka, Novoosynove, Kolisnykivka, Zahryzove, and Lozova.

In the Lyman direction, the Russians attacked 26 times. They attempted to advance near Novoehorivka, Kopanky, Makiivka, Novolyubivka, Torske, Yampolivka, and Zelena Dolyna.

In the Seversk direction, the Russian troops attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders six times in the area of the settlement of Verkhnokamyanske.

In the Kramatorsk direction, ten clashes were recorded in the regions of Novomarkove, Chasiv Yar, and Stupochki.

In the Toretsk direction, the enemy conducted 15 attacks near the settlements of Krymske and Toretsk.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders halted 72 assaults and offensive actions by the Russians in the areas of the settlements of Vodyane Druhe, Yelizavetivka, Myrolyubivka, Lysivka, Vidrodzhennya, Zvirove, Kotlyne, Udachne, Kotlyarivka, Andriivka, Dachne, and Ulakly.

In the Novopavlivka direction, Russian forces launched six attacks on Ukrainian positions near the settlements of Kostiantynopil, Rozliv, Rozdolne, and Novocheretuvate.

In the Huliaipilskyi, Orikhivskyi, and Dniprovskyi directions, the enemy did not conduct any assault or offensive actions but continues to carry out constant shelling of Ukrainian military positions and civilian infrastructure with all available types of weapons, actively using strike UAVs.

In the Kursh direction, the Defense Forces repelled eight attacks by Russian invaders over the past day. Furthermore, the enemy conducted 19 airstrikes using 35 guided bombs and carried out 426 artillery shellings of Ukrainian military positions and populated areas, of which 12 were from MLRS.

In the Volyn and Polissya directions, no signs of enemy offensive group formations were detected.

Along the border with Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the Russians actively use artillery and UAVs from the territory of the Russian Federation against areas of Ukrainian settlements.

As reported by Ukrinform, the total combat losses of Russian troops in personnel since February 24, 2022, have reached approximately 835,940 individuals.
